We'll it's HUMP DAY

I'm experimenting with formatting the page with images this morning. This site builder is not really that user friendly, but WordPress doesn't work for me anymore, and I didn't really like it either. I don't even know why I bother doing this. Maybe a few people read it. Eventually I'll piss off every single person with something I'll say and it will be just me talking to myself. I think I'll put a contact email address on the front page again in any case if anyone wants to contact me for any reason. I dunno man.

I think I've figured out how to add more images to these pages. It's not logical but it's free. We'll see how it goes. I'm not a big fan of walls of text and I have so many good pictures that I'd like to share. Also the more images I put here, the less I have to write. It's a win win I would say. The week is half over but nothing much is going on. The big events will be in November when the mid term elections take place. It's probably gonna be a disaster for Trump, but who knows? All I know is that nothing will get done and it will be impeach, impeach, impeach until the cows come home.

At this point if you think politics is going to change anything you're delusional. Voting is at best only valuable if you're somewhere where you can throw one person out and put in another one. Around here that possibility seems remote. This place is so solidly blue that when Obama was being installed people came into the polling place wearing Obama T-shirts and nobody said a word. Try wearing Trump hat and see how far you get.

I don't think I'll even bother this time. I filled up my car and premium gas was 5 bucks a gallon. This was with a discount, so fuck it.  While I'm editing this I can hear someone talking outside. Somebody is sitting in their vehicle listening to their car entertainment system. It's so fucking loud I can almost make out what the voice is saying. In fact if I go and stand by the window I can hear what is being said. It's some kind of sermon. The dude just shut it off and got out of the car. Thank you.  God almighty.

I thought I was getting a cold on Monday, but it seems to have gone away. I do love having a functioning immune system, I do. I was trying to write some new songs yesterday but I didn't get very far. I still haven't heard back from Jon, so maybe I never will. People are funny like that sometimes. Maybe he got sick of me and my tyranny, I don't know.

Someone has to run things, that's how you get somewhere.  You kind of have to have a very narrow view of what you want to do and focus on it, otherwise it's all over the place. If I could clone myself and play every instrument I would. I can do that in the studio, but unfortunately not on stage yet.. By the time that happens people will be lining up to see the original Beatles performing live and in person again. It's gonna happen sooner or later, you know it.

I would rather get in a time machine though. I would be very interested in that for a number of reasons.  Coming back from the gas station this morning was bleak. The roads are shitty, common courtesy seems to be disappearing and most people I saw looked barely human. This place is devolving into some kind of dystopian mutt land and I don't like it.

I liked things better 20 or even 30 years ago. I probably would have loved this place in the 1800s. I think that was when it was at it's peak. "Urban Renewal" aka communism and short sighted greed destroyed it. All the nice things are going away. We can't even have a useful shopping bag or a gas stove any more.

Last night I watched the Australian Green party introduce their new leadership to the public. The first person I saw was an hysterical woman yelling about "climate change" among other things. She's the deputy leader. Then some bloke took over and commenced ranting about the "cost of living crisis" and how the government has failed everyone.

The Greens he said, would fix all of these problems although he didn't really offer anything in the way of a solution. The irony here of course is that things are far more expensive than they should be because of the very policies that these criminally stupid and brain dead retards are continually spewing out of their hollow pumpkin heads.

If your entire ideology is based around something that doesn't exist ie; man made climate change, and as a result you demonize cheap and abundant energy sources like oil, coal and gas in favor of unreliable "renewables", it will naturally follow that energy will become scarce and expensive. No oil, no gas, no coal? These were the building blocks of the successfully functioning society that you people grew up in.

Now because the United Nations and other lunatics such as Al Gore have proclaimed that the west is destroying the planet by driving around in SUVs and taking vacations, you idiots are the ones destroying civilization.

I don't think there is a limit to the contempt I have for these wretched people. They, are in fact the reason things are more expensive than they need to be.

But enough of that. I'm enjoying putting all these images in here today. It's not exactly how I want it to be but it's progress nevertheless. It's been quite a few years since I was creating web pages using code, and I don't want to start doing that again. I think I started this current web odyssey in 2019, so it's been going for a while now. I don't know where all the pages are. I don't archive them and you can't search this website for them unless you're savvy enough to change the url, but why bother?

This is not meant to be some permanent record of something important or artistic. I'm not a writer and I don't claim to be. I despise "writers" in fact. They are mostly pompous asses who write boring pretentious crap for idiots who think they are being enlightened by it. I'm not saying all writers are lousy, but it's like art and music. The good stuff is far and few between. There's a lot of crap masquerading as literature, that's all.

Good Day

This could be Jon's last performance in the band. I don't know
