l'm at the mechanics because my police cruiser has developed a horrible scraping noise in the rear wheel. I thought it was probably going to be stone stuck in there and I could jack it up and fix it myself. I even bought a new jack because the car didn't have one. There's nothing in the boot but a spare tire. These cruisers are built to withstand a 70 mile an hour rear collision, so there's all this reinforcement in the trunk. It must weigh a ton because I couldn't jack the car up no matter what I did. The back wheel stayed firmly glued to the floor.
Since I failed at this task, I have to bring it here, which is fine because it gives me an opportunity to be here and write this. The other bonus is that I get to watch the local New York TV station. I see things that I wouldn't normally see and it's horrific. This is what people are watching all day long? This show is called Good Day New York, and because it's Columbus Day they're cooking pasta. I haven't had breakfast so it's making me hungry.
On the weekend I took a trip down to Jersey because I have become so enamoured with Turkish bread that it's all I will eat now. The bakery wasn't easy to find but it was definitely worth the trip. I'm kinda glad it's hard to get to because I'd be there every day. They have a cafe as well so you can hang out and enjoy whatever you want without going home to consume your food.
The best thing about this place is that it's open 24/7. This is almost unheard of in this day of people not even wanting to work at all, let alone pull a night shift. While I'm writing this the TV is droning on. I'm largely ignoring it. They're saying the weather is going to be warm for the next few days. Sounds good to me. The back wheel of my SUV is the problematic one, but they're on it. I don't think I'll have to wait much longer but who knows?
I'm looking forward to getting back home and having some Turkish bread. This network must have some affiliation with the show American Idol because already there have been two entertainers who have been on that show. The first one said she played "barefoot pop music". It wasn't Sandy Shore I can tell ya. The other one was Kelly Clarkson who is a manufactured pop star who was complaining that she was insulted or maltreated at a store somewhere in Brooklyn. She was complaing that she wasn't treated like the superstar she thinks she is, and instead treated like she was a poor person who couldn't afford the thing she wanted to buy.

I can keep writing this until my car is fixed, but I should stop because it's hard to think straight with the constant TV babble. How anyone can concentrate with this going on is beyond me. I'm ready for it to be done now, but it's probably going to take a little bit longer. On the tv they're talking about ICE and an "Undocumented Immigrant". The video they're showing is of an individual violently beating on a car widow. This poor fellow got shot and now it's in jail. The bleeding heart media seems to be in this case, on the side of illegal alien criminals.
The so-called mayor hates ICE obviously. We knew this already. This is why I hate the media. I hate all of this main stream media propaganda. It's solely designed to enrage people. ...to be continued
