I think I’ll

make some moussaka today. I should start a cooking channel but it would probably get banned because of all the cursing. It’s impossible for me to do anything without profanity and the f bomb. I hate watching anything where they bleep out the fucking swear words. It’s more annoying than the swearing itself. I’ve also noticed that sometimes people post stories on social media where they censor words like sex or rape. Are people that snowflakey now that the word sex has to have an asterisk where the “e” should be? Is this now a form of visual r*pe? People are fucked.

Taylor Swift is a…..

There’s nothing going on. I went to the farmer’s market store this morning. All the bananas were green. All of ’em. I had to go to Aldi to get some that were edible. Thank God for Aldi. I was in the Shoprite yesterday and I could not believe the price of things. A pound of Kerrygold butter was over $10. Since when did fucking butter cost so much? Since the endless wars started up again, that’s when. The price of energy goes up, the price of everything goes up, it’s entirely predictable.

The reason I’m looking at expensive Kerrygold butter is because I saw a Youtube video about the state of butter. Like everything else, butter isn’t butter anymore. The only butter you should consume is from grass fed cows, all the other stuff is grain fed and inferior. Sometimes they even put natural flavoring in it. Aldi sells a Kerrygold alternative, that costs less. I also bought some Italian boule bread. It has about three ingredients. Flour salt and water. I’m trying to eat less processed food, and particularly anything with seed oils in it, which is essentially everything.

The most benign things have seed oil in them. Pastries, bread, nuts, breakfast cereal, mayonnaise, you name it. They even put sugar in peanut butter. Why in God’s name does peanut butter need sugar? No wonder people have the beetus.

Anyhoo, it’s Friday and I don’t want to dwell on the negative. At least I’m not talking about politics for a change. It’s 79 deg outside and the humidity is 75%. In here it’s 76 and 43% humidity. I don’t have a lot of work to do this weekend so maybe I’ll be able to relax. The lawn has to be mowed though, and probably other stuff needs attention.

I’ve got a barn filled with 800 cans of movie film and that’s just some of the stuff in there. I’d love to clean it out, but what do I do with all the films? The previous owner was an X rated film pioneer, with the longest run of an X movie in Times Square. Who knows what’s on these reels? I’d love to cast it into the landfill, but then I’d feel bad. Ray would probably come back to haunt me as well.

It’s f***ed up man.

Happy Friday

the sound is crap but the visuals are ok.
