This is like the third hole in a week
I think they’re building an underground city out there. The holes are becoming more numerous and deeper. God knows what’s going on, but it’s going to continue for a while yet. Today is band practice day, but I’m posting some video from the end of last month. It’s exclusively here on this website. Nowhere else. I did screw something up in the middle of the song but if you didn’t know where it was, it’s not going to surprise anyone. It was a minor error. I dislike things that are too smooth anyway. When mistakes happen that’s often when the magic begins or something.

Fascinating stuff
I’m too distracted to talk about much this morning. I’m not going to talk about annoying political stuff either. All I want is a nice weekend, free of too much annoyance. Since the well still isn’t working it will be a camping trip, ie camping in the house. There’s no running water but at least it’s quiet. There’s no digging going on unless they have to dig a new well which means hydrofracking most probably. The annoying fellow across the road had to dig a 400 well into the bedrock. That’s like a $20k bill. It’s not something I want to think about right now.

They’ve blocked the whole street
Last night I constructed a meal that I’ve often enjoyed at a restaurant called Versailles, which operates in multiple locations in Los Angeles and other states. It’s Cuban food and it’s great. I made their signature dish, Famoso Pollo Versailles, the house specialty. It’s a “juicy roasted half chicken marinated in garlic mojo sauce.”

Famoso Pollo Versailles

I think mine is just as good. It has all the extras on the same plate.
There are other things that it comes with that make it special. Frijoles negros, rice and maduros just add to the flavor explosion. Whenever I go there I can never eat dessert, there is so much on the plate. It’s making me hungry just thinking about it. I really want to eat dessert but I’m always too full.
I did buy a box of 12 croissants yesterday and I’ve already consumed two of them, but I’m not craving sugar as much as I used to, so I just had them plain. Usually they are smothered with marmalade that I make myself. I don’t like eating out much at the moment, I find my own cooking to be far more palatable and healthy.

Well, this journal has staggered into a boring cul de sac hasn’t it? I’m talking about croissants and the national debt is through the roof! I think we’ll just default on it. It’s only paper money anyway innit?
On the alarmist BBC news this morning the main stories were all about the extreme weather all over the globe. That’s patently untrue but I noticed in every segment there was always someone telling us that climate change was to blame.

And which ‘monoculture’ would that be? Please explain.
Given that they hammer this nonsense 24/7, you’d think that everyone would have accepted it by now and we’d be focusing on solutions to this “problem”. There’s never a solution offered. It’s interesting to me that if this is such a settled science, climate change would be no more worthy of mentioning than the sun was hot today or water was wet. The fact that they have to keep reminding people every five minutes that all of this extreme weather is the result of ‘climate change’ and not just seasonal fluctuations, (some of them more extreme than others), which have come and gone since the beginning of time, reeks to me of desperation. The propaganda isn’t as effective as it used to be.
Happy Friday
