were two Columbia University professors who, in 1966 outlined a strategy called “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty”. It was published in a Progressive magazine, The Nation. They wanted the Democrat Party, who controlled both houses at the time, to enroll every single person who was eligible for welfare in order to collapse the system. Their aim was to “produce bureaucratic disruption in welfare agencies and fiscal disruption in local and state governments. The ultimate objective of this strategy was to wipe out poverty by establishing a guaranteed annual income.” A website called Prepareforchange.net has outlined the eight points of Cloward-Piven’s plan. It goes something like this.
The Cloward-Piven Strategy To Collapse America:
- Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people. HAPPENING NOW
- Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live. HAPPENING NOW
- Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty. HAPPENING NOW
- Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state. HAPPENING NOW
- Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives. (Food, Housing, and Income) HAPPENING NOW
- Education – Take control of what people read and listen to us“ take control of what children learn in school. ALREADY DONE
- Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools. ALREADY DONE
- Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor. HAPPENING NOW

Francis Piven is 91 now. She was married to Richard Cloward until his death in August 2001. He just missed out on seeing the World Trade Center destroyed, which given his plan to destroy America, it’s quite possible he would have enjoyed. The New York Times published an article on Piven in 2019. The story starts with this description, “On a recent afternoon, a crowd had gathered in the auditorium of the People’s Forum, a new event space in Midtown Manhattan. There was a picture of Lenin tacked on the wall, a shelf of books about Che Guevara and a cafe serving avocado toast.” Piven who was 86 at the time was still championing the poor, saying it’s only gotten worse.

She appeared to have not given up her radical ideas, in fact doubling down on them. “Poor people,” she said, had been “humiliated” and “shut up.” Those in power now are “crazy.”“But they’re also evil,” she continued. “And they will be evil because they are greedy.” Only one thing would stop them, she said. “We have to be noisy, and difficult and ungovernable.” It’s worth noting that Trump was president at the time..Ungovernable? How to you have a functioning society if people are ungovernable? Ungovernable people don’t need elections then, do they?
