The Washington Post recently tested the AI models behind OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini and others using political questions designed by researchers to gauge how chatbots respond to hot-button political issues. The results suggest that chatbots have clear political leanings towards the left.
“According to the Post, OpenAI provided only a left-leaning argument to 80% of queries, only a right-leaning argument to 3% of queries, and a more balanced answer to 17%.”

“Grok and Google’s Gemini were by far the most balanced. The former came in at 40%, 33%, and 27%, while Gemini offered both sides 93% of the time and a left-leaning reply the remaining 7%.” If they’re calling Google balanced we’re in deep trouble.
“DeepSeek came in at 70%, 7%, and 23%, Gab put up 50%, 3%, and 47%, and Anthropic’s Claude provided a left-leaning answer in 43% of cases and both sides the remaining 57% of the time.”
Think you can trust these people with anything? Everything is a lie, and they don’t even try. That’s a line from one of my songs, btw. If I don’t promote me, who will? I don’t chat with bots myself. The only interaction I have is when the browser throws up some information on a query I have. I didn’t ask for it, but there it is.
I think I need a new browser because Brave is becoming a pos. In fact, after I’ve finished writing this I’m gonna download and try and install Yandex.. For those of you who don’t know Yandex was founded by Arkady Volozh and launched its first product, a search engine, in 1997. Yandex Search is the largest search engine in Russia with an estimated 72% market share in that country.
Since every single Russia hating moron in the West probably aren’t going to be using it, it suits me fine. Some trivia. In 1993, they invented the name “Yandex” as an easy way to remember “Yet Another iNDEXer”. This is also a bilingual pun on “index” since “Я” (“ya”) means “I” in Russian. Isn’t that fun?
It seems that the Yandex Browser has been yeeted off the Linux repository. Another one of those “Russia bad” fuckheads has decided it’s no good. The war in Ukraine was started by Ukraine and NATO just in case you didn’t know. What is playing out is almost a repeat of the start of WW2. These people don’t want peace at all. What does AI say about it?

It’s interesting that Russia has sought NATO membership on multiple occasions, most notably in 1954, 1991, and 2000. That was rejected by “the West” ” too I suppose. Who are these “West” of which they speak? One of the five “minimum criteria that NATO had set out in 1997 that they expected from any new applicant was that new members must “uphold democracy, including tolerating diversity.” This is probably why Europe has degenerated into a multiculutral shithole. The world needs NATO like it needs a hole in the head.
