electric ovens are dog shit. When the ancient electric oven stopped working here, it was time to get a new one. The old one was great, but the new ones come with a fucking fan that never goes off. Supposedly this is to help cook the food better. It’s energy efficient and good for the environment. Whenever this is a selling point for something, you know it’s not going to work properly. These things are designed by assholes. Like the fucking heat pumps they’re trying to force onto people, they don’t work. There’s too many moving parts, hell, there’s too many parts, period. I would never install a heat pump in any house I own from now on, they’re just that bad.

Same with the electric stoves. The asinine governor of New York, Kathy Hochul is trying to get rid of gas appliances altogether. New Yorkers will now be forced to use everything electric by government mandate. It’s for the global warming you see. This is the kind of shit-for-brains bullshit that you have to put up with in these fucking blue states. Living here is like living in Cuckstralia, with somewhat more interesting life forms, but it’s the same idiotic mindset. We can’t have nice things because of stupid people, who get voted into office by even stupider people.

Fuck it. At least today my truck passed inspection, although on the way to the mechanics the transmission started playing up. The guy said “just drive it around the yard a few times, and it might reset itself.” OK chief. I haven’t tried that yet, but I will when I get a minute.

So Trump didn’t get the Nobel Peace prize, big deal. It’s a worthless honor anyway. They gave one to Barry Obama and Al Gore, that should tell you everything. Of course they’re not giving it to Trump, it had to go to a woman. Did Saint Greta get one recently? It’s a garbage prize for garbage people, scientists notwithstanding. I don’t know anything about that. It’s probably political as well. Fot the record Greta has been nominated several times, but has yet to win a gong.
In 1993 the Nobel Peace prize was awarded jointly to Nelson Mandela and Frederik Willem de Klerk “for their work for the peaceful termination of the apartheid regime, and for laying the foundations for a new democratic South Africa” Not bad for a murderous terrorist whose name wasn’t removed from US terrorist lists until just a few days before his 90th birthday in 2013, shortly before his death. Look at South Africa today. What an improvement!
