Yesterday my internet bill lobbed in at $20 more than it was last month. “Your promotional discounts have expired”. Fine.. but since I barely use this stupid service, I can’t really justify spending an extra $20 for the same thing. These clowns can see how much data I use, so nobody is fooling anyone here.
The biggest problem is that for me to try and get a better rate is that I have to call these verified idiots and spend 20 minutes or more arguing with someone from the Philippines about why I’m not interested in bundling my phone and internet so I can “take advantage of this great promotion that they are currently offering”. First of all, you have to go onto the chat roundabout to even get the fucking 1800 number so you can talk to an actual living being. I can’t wait for AI to get involved in this. Imagine arguing with a bot about your internet service for an hour. This is a portal into hell that I don’t wish to visit. It’s a gigantic waste of time, God I hate it so…
Otherwise everything is fine, although I haven’t had my breakfast yet. It’s supposed to get to 93F today, and it’s currently 76 inside and 76 outside. Four more degrees and it will be unpleasant. I watched the dregs of Crapstonbury on the weekend. It just kept getting worse and worse. The last thing I saw was some kind of “country” act. If you disliked “New Country” in the 90’s you would positively vomit black bile like a demon possessed creature after seeing this.
The song I heard sounded like it was written by AI. The singer looked like he just got off a plane from somewhere in the Middle East. It’s almost like the “people who tell the sheeple what they should listen to” want to make country as non white as possible. Try as I might, I have no idea who they were. Looking for this horrible act was like trying to find a needle in a haystack, there is just such a tsunami of absolute garbage playing at this festivus. I have no idea how they keep track of any of it.

Fucking horrible it was. It went from being musical slop to musical sludge in three days. The less said about it the better. I’ve got a slight headache now after wasting the good part of an hour with my Philipino friend. The best they could come up with was a reduced rate if I was a medicaid recipient. I’m not, but just for fun I looked up how to become one. Bear in mind these programs are supposedly for low income and disadvantaged people. Plans start at $500 plus a month. This is clearly insane.
Who is paying $500 a month for health care? I wouldn’t spend $500 a year on health care. The industrial/ medical complex in this country is out of control. Doctors now charge $500 for a ten minute visit. There’s something seriously wrong with the profiteering that is going on between big pharma and the health “care” industry. Trump should be looking at this if he cares about the American people. It’s outrageous and wrong.
