I Fucking

hate daylight saving. You’re telling me it’s 7 am now and it’s been 8 am for the last six months? Fuck you. The whole thing blows, and nobody ever asked for it. Last month a bipartisan group of lawmakers sought unanimous consent approval for a bill that would stop the changing of the clocks. Some asshole Republican from Arkansas blocked it, however.

Trump said it is “a big inconvenience and, for our government, A VERY COSTLY EVENT!!!” Of course it is, it’s fucking stupid, but then so are the people from Arkansas who voted for Tom Cotton. You can’t fix stupid, unfortunately. Let’s all fuck with out body clocks twice a year, no thanks.

Eager young journalist, check. Cuckmask, check

Earlier this week, the “Australian Music is Bloody Shit” email landed in my in box. It started out with this gibberish, “This AusMusic Month (1-30 November) music lovers are being called to #Ausify their personal algorithm by searching for, listening to, and faving and saving Australian acts to soundtrack their day.” “Faving?” Ok.

The dweeb of the week this time is from Naarm (Melbourne). Musician Winter McQuinn fronts Sunfruits and plays drums in Jade Imagine and also explores folk, country, soft rock and psychedelia in his solo work.” I listened to one of his tracks. It sounded like watered down Grateful Dead, who I can’t stand. One pic I found on the internet shows him with eye makeup on…oooh, you’re channeling ̶B̶o̶w̶i̶e̶ homosexuality.

Winter McQuare

Something else caught my eye further down the page…again from “Naarm (Melbourne) outfit Playlunch have cultivated comedy and pioneered a wicked new genre – bogan funk. (I watched a video. It was shitty rap music) Their second album Sex Ed covers all things 90s and 2000s Aussie nostalgia.” Bogan funk? I did look at another video, which was some kind of funk, but still not funny, but I’ve posted it below so you can make up your own mind.

They make it too obvious, but I don’t think it even matters. In fact there was an entire page devoted to “comedy acts” in Naarm or Eoroa or Boogaloo or some of those places. I had no idea. Things have certainly changed since I was there. The whole thing is monumentally depressing is all I can say.

Playlunch. Those outfits….nope

The mentally ill are gathering in Brazil this week for the COP 25 Climate Change conference. “World leaders and climate scientists are set to assemble from next week in Belem, the city on the edge of the Brazilian Amazon for the crucial Cop 30 summit.” “Brazil is now busy preparing. Luzilena Silva, a Belem business owner, said: “We have been preparing since last year.

We have prepared many things, especially basketry and ceramics.“We have lots of souvenirs from COP, as well as items that symbolize the Amazon, which people really want.” Ha ha! It’s all probably made in China who by the way, are not participating along with the very great and sensible USA.

Laughable and inane pointless chart, check.

Finally, Nuremberg is a 2025 American historical drama* film written, co-produced, and directed by James Vanderbilt. It is based on the 2013 book The Nazi and the Psychiatrist by Jack El-Hai. Russell Crowe, who speaks both German and English in the film, plays Hermann Göring as a “charismatic, larger-than-life egoist who believes he can outwit those around him.” Sure…. if anyone actually believes that anything in this movie is based on anything resembling what really happened, I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

Russell – I’m coming over shortly, because I am a portly

Hollywood has churned out so many “Nazi” movies, that many people base their knowlege of WW2 on what they saw at the pictures. They watched a movie when they were a kid, and now it’s in their head that it was a documentary. The line between reality and fiction is well and truly gone regarding World War Two and Hollywood movies.. There’s a really good reason why they want to keep this narrative going, but I’ll let everyone else figure it out. I will tell you that we’re never ever going run out of films about evil “Nazis” now or in the future.

Looks like the spitting image of a journalist friend of mine, James Cockington

Good Day

Playlunch – Keith. they do try hard
