and I feel like I’ve done a full day’s work. This time last year I was swimming at Ocean Beach Mississippi when they finally opened it after three days of red flags. The entire experience was a long, strange trip man. The flight back was particularly interesting. Delays all the way and stuck in Atlanta airport listening to the airlines offering people thousands of dollars to give up a $300 seat, so that someone could get out there quickly. I would have taken the deal, but I wanted to get out of there quickly too. I don’t really need the money that badly. I would go back to the Redneck Riviera again though. It’s a nice place as long as you avoid the tourist places. You don’t want to hear me complaining about the quality of the food at some of these joints, because I will. You’ll probably want to cut my throat at about the third restaurant visit, but I’ve been in violent relationships before, and the sex can be pretty hot. Morale always improves when the beatings start.

Over in California the citizens of Huntington Beach passed a measure that would require voter id. The State isn’t having any of it, and is suing the city. According to Rob Bonta the California Attorney General, “It is violative of California state election law, undermines that process and threatens the constitutionally protected right to vote”. It might also be suggested that it threatens the credibility of the election process as well. Since everyone needs id to do just about anything these days, there is little argument that it is “violative” of any fucking thing, let alone election law. As usual the same tired arguments were trotted out eg; laws like these are harmful to California voters, especially low-income, the elderly, people of color, those with disabilities, and young voters.” Fucking bullshit. Is this fool trying to tell us that none of these people buy alcohol, travel on a plane, rent a hotel room, apply for welfare etc, etc, etc? Look at the list below and tell me if these requirements violate anything except the intelligence of someone being told that requiring id to vote is some kind of injustice?

When will California be rid of these insufferable drones? One can only hope. It has some of the best weather and most beautiful places in the whole country, yet is has been systematically turning into a shithole thanks to Democrat rule.
I’ve been cutting branches off some of the trees out the front of the Fortess here. I had to drag an extra long ladder out of the garage to get high enough to cut the topmost ones. I could have just smoked some weed I guess. Ha ha! Get high. Geddit? No….. I don’t do that at all. After I got through with that I realized that there was a shitton of ivy growing on the northern wall, so I hacked that off too. This house is tall and narrow, so the ivy has a lot of real estate to work with. There’s always some bloody thing to do around here. I just want to play guitar.
That’s all. I’ve still got more stuff to do. Now that the weather’s improved a person can go outside again and breathe fresh air. Hopefully I’ll have more to say tomorrow, who knows?
