band rehearsal went quite well. I’ve started to use some keyboards on a couple of songs. While I love playing guitar, I think sometimes you need some different sounds to make it interesting. I’ve tried to find a keyboard/synth player a number of times, but I think they’re thin on the ground around here. I know one guy who lives in the next street up, but he’s too wrapped up in his own genius to be bothered with anything I do. Fortunately I don’t need a keyboard player but I would like one. I’d like a girl keyboard player really. It would give the band more “diversity”. What am I saying? Girls are problematic, because sometimes you end up in a relationship with them. I don’t know if I want that. A working relationship would be ok though.
Yesterday I was reading an entire thread on Reddit about how Canadians are getting fed up with Indians coming into their country. It seems like Canada has a big problem. I don’t subscribe to Reddit, but I think for it to be an issue for Redditors, who seem all to be whining left wingers at the best of times, this is significant. Here’s the thread if you want to read it. Australians should take particular note of what’s happening there.
Political assholes and others are trying to destroy everyone’s way of life, for either money or power. It makes no sense otherwise. Here’s a c/p of just one comment. I believe it’s fairly close to the truth. I have bolded the paragraph which I think says it all, because it’s verifiable.

The go-to for the people who want this, is to call you a racist, but that’s losing it’s effectiveness. There’s a lot of resentment rising up. I don’t want to live in a coffee colored country. I don’t hate anyone, but I would like to live in a place that resembles the place I grew up in, not some mongrelized Idiocracy where everything is dysfunctional. It’s not too much to ask.
Finally, the CEO of Frontier Airlines said there is “massive, rampant abuse” of special services like wheelchair assistance. “He said he has seen some Frontier flights where 20 people were brought in wheelchairs at departure, with only three using them upon arrival.
“We are healing so many people,” he joked.” He’s right. We’ve all seen these able bodied slobs who abuse this system. It’s like an episode of Seinfeld. If they can walk to the wheelchair they can walk on to the fucking plane. Fuck these people.
