going to be a hot one. It’s not bad right now but it will be 90 something by Wednesday. More interesting is that the first Trump/Biden debate is only 10 days away. It’s going to be must see TV given that Biden seems to have been suffering a few more gaffes and freezes than usual lately. The most recent one was at the weekend when Biden apparently froze on stage at a Democrat fundraiser. The NY Post described it like this.. “Biden appeared to freeze up on stage and had to be led off by Barack Obama at the conclusion of a star-studded campaign fundraiser in Los Angeles Saturday night.” Now, I watched this, and it looked more like Obama decided that he was going to make it appear like Joe needed to be shepherded off the stage. Obama practically pushed Biden off stage with a hand to his back like he truly was a dementia patient.

I’m no fan of either of these two, but it wasn’t a good look. Nevertheless, Biden is due to front up to a TV studio and have a meaningful exchange with Donald Trump in less than two weeks. If this thing got canceled somehow, I would not be surprised in the least. Joe’s handlers never get a good night’s sleep, that’s for sure. It must be a daytime nightmare trying to keep him from having a complete meltdown every time he’s out in public. It’s only a matter of time and then what? We’re all supposed to ignore what we can see with our own eyes and listen to Morning Joe tell us that Biden is sharp as a tack. It’s Trump who’s demented, not Joe, says the MSM.

Kimmle was there too
It’s all too funny and yet another manifestation of the demon world that we live in. I can’t imagine Biden’s gonna make it past the nomination process. At the Democratic Convention which starts August 19, the Democratic National Committee, offer their party a chance to select their presidential and vice presidential candidates officially. Delegates from each state and U.S. territory will vote based on their primary election results. Biden’s the unofficial nominee at the moment, based on his primary wins, but will something change at Convention time? The last time Democrats faced a tight delegate race was in 1980, when Jimmy Carter narrowly edged out Ted Kennedy for the nomination, avoiding a contested convention.

No convention has gone past the first ballot since 1952, and by the 1970s, state caucuses and primaries became the norm for both parties, typically resulting in one candidate securing enough delegates to assure the party’s straight-forward nomination at the convention. History.com tells us, “When there’s no clear nominee on the first ballot, that’s when the stuff of political legend—smoky closed-door wheeling and dealing, dark horse candidates brought in—would begin.”

If Biden is too far gone at that point, that most people think he hasn’t the stamina to run any more, what happens then? Who would be the dark horse? Gavin Newsom? This guy has screwed up California so badly, that he has little hope of winning unless they cheat again. The way Barry was acting, pushing Joe off the stage at the weekend, you’d think he had someone else in mind. Does big Mike want to go through all that? Only time will tell.
This concert was recorded not long after I saw them perfom in Georgia in a school auditorium
