Tuesday July 16

Morning Joe was allowed back on the air today, sans the usual over the top, carmudgeon lunatics. I was amazed to see that Joe Biden, who as of last week was finished, has somehow been made whole in the wake of the assassination attempt on his rival Donald Trump. Joe and Minkella were all in for Joe now. He was with it, he’d passed more legislation that any other president in history, he was on top of things and he was gonna beat Trump! We truly live in an age of miracles for it seems Joe has survived a political assassination attempt by his own party. It’s surreal.

I wondered about that “passing more legislation than any other president in history” though. Of course I turned to NPR, the home of all things fair, balanced and truthful to find out if this assertion was correct. This was from 2023. “One of Biden’s first acts as president was to try to get the coronavirus pandemic under control by passing the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. “The White House sent Americans in the low-to-medium income range a $1,400 payment to help fund basic necessities like rent and groceries. Biden also extended a $300 a week , plus more handouts…etc etc..”

“While the initiatives were broadly popular with voters, critics warned the rescue plan could actually make the country’s economic outlook worse.” Turns out the critics were right. The next thing Biden did was “sign a $1 trillion infrastructure bill into law in November 2021 to repair the nation’s roads, bridges and railways, bring high-speed internet to rural communities and more.”

Do I have to?

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law included $284 billion for transportation needs, which includes repairing bridges and roadways, public transit and airports, electric vehicles and low emission public transportation; $65 billion for broadband internet; $73 billion for power infrastructure; and $55 billion for clean drinking water.” Trump had said it was a bad bill, but “key GOP leaders Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky supported the legislation.”

If you’re wondering why McConnell was booed at the RNC Convention yesterday, there’s one good reason. Then there was some pointless gun control legislation, something called the CHIPS and Science Act, which allocated roughly $53 billion in federal funding to manufacture semiconductor chips in the U.S. Sounds like something Trump would do, but then Joe is taking Trump’s playbook these days and claiming as his own now.

This “Climate Change” is a money pit, but it’s somehow helping working families by increasing the price of every fucking thing.

The grandaddy of all was the “Build Back Better Act”. “Not long after securing his seat in the Oval Office, Biden worked to pass the Build Back Better Act, a massive social spending bill to the tune of nearly $2 trillion. It included many promises Biden made on the 2020 campaign trail, such as major health care reform, universal pre-kindergarten and paid family leave, $550 billion dedicated to combating climate change and more, paid for in part by increased taxes for corporations and the uber rich.”

I think after this was stalled by some elected politicians who actually have a grasp of reality, this globalist nightmare money grab was re-badged as the Inflation Reduction Act. Remember what the critics said about the covid handouts? Inflation had come to pass as they predicted. My favorite waste of taxpayer money in this monstrosity was this item, “$369 billion for a climate initiative to reduce greenhouse emissions and promote lean energy technologies.” That should stop the global warming that doesn’t exist.

The Tenacious D world tour has been canceled after comments from Kyle Gass during a performance in Australia sparked global outrage. Tenacious D is the musical act made up of Gass and his creative partner Jack Blaock …..oh no

Lets not forget that the Biden regime recently pledged another wave of support for Ukraine — over $44 billion — in its 2023 federal spending bill. When added to what the White House provided earlier in 2022, it brings America’s total contribution to over $100 billion. There has probably been more since this was written in 2023, but it’s all for a good cause. Remember Russia is bad, Putin is Hitler etc etc. It’s pathetic.

Looks like the Joe critics have been silenced, at least for now. Will the naysayers stage a coup at the DNC convention in August? They’ve proven themselves to be good at coups and stabbing people in the back, so it could happen.
