Seriously, what is with this guy? I don’t know how I stumbled across it, but there is a concert video that Ted did at the Oakland Coliseum stadium in 1979, which is kinda weird. Ted appears on stage swinging from a vine, dressed in a loin cloth and immediately starts tossing styrofoam boulders into the crowd. After this he launches into an excruciating five minute diddley diddley guitar solo. The crowd loves it of course. Good Lord man. This seemed to be his standard show in the late 70’s. He was dressed the same way in New York that year, and in London the year before. Is this where the Naked Cowboy got the idea?
It’s almost as bad as the war going on, of which we won’t speak of here. Today I have another band practice. Jon is going to Costa Rica next week, so he’ll be away for a while. I thought about going to Costa Rica too, but then I found that there are monkeys everywhere and they steal your stuff. There is a lot of wild life on Costa Rica and that’s why people go there. No doubt there are a million TikTokers and other social media gadflies infesting the place due to that, so it’s a hard pass for me.
I’ll be staying here editing my multi tracks and videos and repairing the damage that the ice made to the granite porch. It can move huge blocks with ease and it did. The snow mountains have almost all melted now, and it’s been raining this morning. I went to the shops and bought some stuff. Thankfully the toilet paper supplies haven’t been decimated yet, although there isn’t really any perceivable threat coming from anywhere at the moment. The globalist weasels are probably formulating a plan for the next pandemic as I write this. They can fuck right off with that.
