Yesterday I was talking

about bread machines and juicers. That was kind of entertaining I thought. Since I’ve stopped watching all forms of “news” I don’t have much to say about any of it. I do know that it was a Blue Super Moon last night, and people probably know what that means, so I’m not going to go into it here. What it meant for me was a very restless night. I think I woke up about 4 times, and was tossing and turning the whole time, while kind of “sleeping”. I could not stay asleep for very long at all. I’m not a fan of full moons at the best of times. They tend to give me a headache, and my eyes bug out. The tides in my head are always king tides, and it’s quite unpleasant. Come to think of it, I had to take two Aspro Clear (Aspirin) yesterday. I have them sent over from Down Under especially. The Nicholas factory was near where I lived in Chadstone. I think it has been repurposed as an Office Works, or at least the site has. I hardly recognize anything from there anymore. I hardly recognize the people that I knew any more. It’s like we live in different universes. I dare not talk politics with them. That would almost be the end of communication entirely.

In the time that I have been news free, I’ve discovered I have much more time to not think about any of this shit. I just do stuff now. I found a camera downstairs in the music room this morning that I had missed completely from last Saturday. It was Patrick, the drummer’s cam. So now I only have two cameras that didn’t fully work, I can probably assemble some video from that session. The sound is still crap though, because the multi track stopped working halfway through the second song. Whatever, I’m going to record it all again this Saturday, and if it turns out good, I will post the whole thing in it’s entirety on Youtube once I’ve edited it all together. It’s the closest thing to performing live, and people from all over the world will get to see it if they want. I’m thinking of taking the band to Australia or Europe at some point, so if anyone is reading this who knows any good promoters for Europe specifically, please let me know in the contact section slaughtermen@gmail.com

You know you’re going to want to see this great band, which is now called “F”. It started it out as Far Out Man, which then became Far Out, and now it’s simply F. It’s your report card, it’s your band. I don’t know what else to do. It’s a three piece. We could probably do with another guitarist but for now it’s a power trio. If anyone makes a mistake, there’s no hiding. On Sunday I’m going to help my friend Victor, stack some hay bales at the goat farm. I think I was there last year too. He’s got a big old barn and in it is a 2005 red Corvette. I don’t think he’s driven it since the 90’s, but it looks cool. I was gonna buy it but it’s too much work for me. If, and when I buy a new car it will be something that was made in the last 8 years at least. I can’t see myself buying a new car, although who knows?

I’d rather be at Pelligrini’s when Sally Mill had a shop down the lane, and way before Sisto was stabbed to death by a subhuman.

I’m bored with my own journal today. I was going to talk about Service NSW, but I’m going to hold off until a certain transaction takes place. I have to deal with these people, and I don’t want to give them an excuse to mess me around. I’ll explain later. It’s quiet outside. Yesterday, all the day the sky thundered with C17 transports coming in to land at the nearby airport. The Fortress is right under the approach path, so you see these monsters of the sky continually. They are noisy, that’s for sure. The humidity is only 42% today. Summer’s on its way out. I can’t believe I’m looking forward to colder weather. That’s how bad it’s been.

Later…

The Slaughtermen long ago in another universe.
