You don’t have

to go grey, just eat red meat. That’s what I just read at the Daily Mail website. Unfortunately this is bad news for Britain’s estimated 2.5 million vegans, because as healthy as it is, a vegan diet lacks vital nutrients that protect hair against the ageing process. No shit? Since has a vegan diet been considered healthy? It turns out that grey hair doesn’t turn grey, it ‘s the that the melanocytes , (the tiny cells in the skin that produce melanin, the pigment that gives our skin and hair colour) start to fail. The result is that hair doesn’t actually go grey, but it becomes translucent, only appearing grey because it reflects the light from surrounding darker hairs. So interesting. Veganism is still mental illness in my opinion, and I’ll stick to that.

Monday’s journal is lacking in direction today, but I’ll just write my way into or out of it. Rest assured there will always be quality content here what ever it is. I’m gonna have to come back to this, I’m not getting anywhere right now. It’s the start of the week, and I’m going to try and stay positive. The song that I posted on Saturday has had 161 views as of right now. This is a good sign. Normally it takes at a least week to get to that amount. It’s only a matter of time before these videos have 16k views in a day I’m sure of it. Bookmark this comment screencap this page etc etc. I’m looking at this morning’s news websites whatfinger.com and citizenfreepress.com and it’s the usual garbage.

These are “alternative” news sites, but they ain’t perfect. If you’re going to Drudge or MSNBC, ABC, etc etc. you’re not getting news at all. It’s propaganda, but we all should know that by now. Twitter (X) and 4chan are other places to find information. It’s not “news” per se, but it’s largely free of restrictions, although 4chan (/pol) is a cesspool of disinformation, and propaganda as well. Netflix has made a documentary about 4chan which screens next month. According to the Daily Beast review of “The Antisocial Network”, “For over 20 years, 4chan has undoubtedly been one of the most important places on the internet. For its own users to help tell the story of its rise and dramatic descent feels right, necessary, and instructive.” We’ll see.

4chan is essentially a message/image board. It’s an ever changing forum of different topics. It’s worth checking it out, but you will need a strong stomach sometimes. There is everything from gore to every form of outrage you can imagine. It’s not anything you will have seen in the media, nor will expect to see. Topics and threads change from minute to minute, and you could spend hours there just reading one thing after the next. It’s all over the place, and it can be addictive. It’s probably going to become somewhat mainstream eventually which will surely kill it, but at the moment it’s a little bit like the wild west. Elements of 4chan/pol have started to bleed over to X now. I’m certain Elon Musk visits the site. It’s meme central and one of the battlegrounds of the Internet. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.
